NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING – SENECA COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS – Please take notice that in accordance with Article 25-AA, §303-b of the NYS Agriculture and Markets Law, a public hearing will be held by the Seneca County Board of Supervisors on June 9, 2026, at or after 6:00 PM, at the Seneca County Board of Supervisors Chambers at 1 Dipronio Drive, Waterloo, NY 13165, for the purpose of hearing public comments regarding the recommendation of the County Agriculture Enhancement Board to include predominantly viable agricultural land within Agricultural District #6. The following parcel is proposed to be added to the district: Parcel 21-2-03.2, consisting of 30.3 acres, located on Hecker Road in the Town of Waterloo’s Agricultural zoning district.
