Clock Ticking: Two $25,000 Erie Canal Million-Dollar Raffle Ticke...

The New York Lottery today announced that two unclaimed tickets from the Erie Canal Million-Dollar Raffle, each worth $25,000, are set to expire in exactly one month. The deadline to claim both third-prize tickets is October 25, 2026.

The unclaimed winning tickets were purchased at:

  1. B&K Food Mart LLC, located at 5084 Velasko Road in Syracuse
  2. Crosby’s, located at 6086 E. Lake Road in Mayville (Chautauqua Co.)

Players who visited these locations and purchased tickets for the special October 26, 2025, raffle are strongly urged to check their tickets immediately.

NYS Gaming Commission Chairman Brian O’Dwyer said, "The Erie Canal Million-Dollar Raffle was a celebration of one of New York’s greatest achievements, and one of the many ways New York marked the Erie Canal's 200th anniversary, while simultaneously supporting our ongoing mission to fund public education across the Empire State. If you purchased a raffle ticket in Syracuse or Mayville last year, please check your pockets, drawers, and vehicles today so we can deliver your $25,000 prize before time runs out."

Ticket holders may scan the barcode using the New York Lottery mobile app or by visiting any authorized retail location to check their winnings. The complete list of winning ticket numbers is also available on the New York Lottery website.

Lottery draw game prizes must be claimed within one year of the drawing date. To secure their winnings, the ticket holders should sign the back of their ticket and contact the New York Lottery at 518-388-3370 or visit nylottery.ny.gov for detailed instructions on how to claim their prize.

The Million-Dollar Raffle, which commemorated the Erie Canal bicentennial, produced 5,505 winning tickets statewide. The winning breakdown included 15 top prizes of $1 million, 15 second-tier prizes of $100,000, 15 third-tier prizes of $25,000, and 5,460 prizes of $200.

The New York Lottery continues to be North America's largest and most profitable Lottery, contributing $3.65 billion in Fiscal Year 2025-2026 to benefit public education in New York State.
